Conference Registration Options

Full Conference: Friday Evening Keynote, Saturday All Day (Morning Keynote, Saturday Morning Workshop selection, Saturday Afternoon Workshop selection, Saturday Evening Lecture), Sunday All Day (Sunday Morning Keynote, Sunday Morning Workshop selection, Sunday Afternoon Workshop selection and Sunday Afternoon Keynote).
Thursday Evening Pass: Thursday Evening Lecture only.
Friday Evening Pass: Friday Evening Keynote only.
Pre-Conference Workshops: Optional All Day Friday Workshop selection.
Saturday All Day Pass: Saturday Morning Keynote, Morning and Afternoon Workshop selections and Saturday Evening Lecture.
Sunday All Day Pass: Sunday Morning Keynote, Morning and Afternoon Workshop selections and Sunday Evening Lecture.

Confirmation

A confirmation packet will be mailed to you approximately 30 days prior to the conference. If you do not receive a confirmation packet, please contact Hay House at (800) 654-5126.

Badges

Your name badge is your pass to get into the workshops you’re registered for. Badges will be mailed to you prior to the event. (Exception: Thursday evening is a separate ticket, not a badge.)

Thursday, October 2, 2008; 2008; 4:00P.M.–7:30P.M.
Friday, October 3, 2008; 8:00A.M.–7:30P.M.
Saturday, October 4, 2008; 8:00A.M.–8:00P.M.
Sunday, October 5, 2008; 8:00A.M.–11:00A.M.

Refunds and Cancellations

All requests for refunds must be made in writing. A refund check, minus a $50 processing fee, will be issued for all cancellation requests postmarked on or before September 2, 2008. No refunds will be made for requests postmarked after September 1, 2008.

Changes to Your Workshops After You Have Registered

All changes to your workshop selections must be submitted in writing or via phone to the Hay House Customer Care Dept. (800) 654-5126, no later than September 2, 2008. Changes to your workshop selection(s) are subject to workshop space availability.

Exhibitors

Exhibitors who would like information about renting booth space at the conference can contact the Hay House Customer Care Department at (800) 654-5126, or e-mail asandoval@hayhouse.com. We recommend that you apply early, as booth spaces are extremely limited and sell out quickly. All exhibitors are subject to approval by Hay House, Inc.

Recordings

Audio CDs of the conference will be available for purchase on-site. No unsolicited audio or videotapes may be made at the Conference. Photographs during booksignings are subject to the speaker’s approval.

Books/Conference Materials

Our on-site conference bookstore will offer a wide selection of specially priced books, audio programs, and gifts by the I Can Do It!® speakers.

Work Exchange

Receive a discount for the main conference in exchange for working behind the scenes. Positions are limited—apply early. Work exchange volunteers do not register for the conference but will be able to attend all keynotes and participate in concurrent workshops on a space available basis when not fulfilling assigned duties. Special Assistance

As per ADA Policy, special arrangements will be made to ensure each attendee receives Effective Communication. If you require auxiliary aids, or are arriving in a wheelchair, please notify the Hay House Customer Care Department at (800) 654-5126 ext. 2 or send an e-mail.
